Double board-certified in Family Medicine and Obesity Medicine, a former Senior Medical Director and Senior Executive Partner at Chen Senior Medical Centers, and founder of Nest Medical Center. She leads Synera's clinical strategy and care model.

Silvana previously served as Vice President of Quality Measures and Chief of Staff at ChenMed. As Synera's fractional COO through Chai Class Consulting, she brings the operational cadence, quality-program expertise, and accountability structures needed to turn strategy into measurable performance.
Chief Growth Officer
Luis brings more than 30 years of provider network, MSO, IPA, health plan, and managed-care experience. He was a co-founder of Solis Health Plans and has held senior roles across UnitedHealthcare, Centene, Healthfirst, Prestige, and Wellvana.
